I love this stuff. I have been using Ener-C for several years. It is one of the products I create for keeping my body nutrients balanced. I'm not sure if I've tried all the flavors but I've had several of them and they are all good. You can put this into water or sparkling water (this is wonderful) or a smoothy. Try it!

We add this to juice or water and has a gentle fruuty taste, somewhat sour but pleasantly so, from the ascorbic acid, and it gives u a nice vitamin b and c boost, plus other minerals and vitamins. Nice to have on hand to snazz up a drink at lunch.

This tastes great. I don't like swallowing tablets and this is also a very healthy alternative to soft drinks when I feel like having soft drinks. It dissolves by itself.
