Dependable brand, cacao has a nice flavor, perfectly ground, and is quite fragrant. Size is as advertised, the container is cardboard with foil lining and plastic lid. There is a metal sealed top that gets removed once you buy it, but then only a thin plastic lid to keep in freshness so I recommend transferring to a glass jar or something once you open it, otherwise it loses its freshness. Price was good.

I like the quality of this cocoa and I think the packaging of this in a can is worth the price alone. I use Ghiradelli for making homemade cocoa recipes and adding to baked goods as well. They’re both comparable BUT the can for this is so much easier than the other brand’s bag. They’re both comparable in taste but the can keeps it fresh and the taste stays pretty consistent a lot longer than the bag. I definitely recommend.
