Ester C is a vitamin C source that is easier on your stomach by reducing the acid effect. I have had no stomach problems with this brand of C. However, I wish the tablets were smaller or slimmer. Still, it is a good value, since I only take one a day and get 2 months out of one bottle. It's difficult to know if this is helping my immune system, but I'll continue to buy it, knowing that C is an essential vitamin, although I try to get it from my diet.
