Chew a bit and dissolve in mouth, it helps in a pinch with dry mouth! Which I think is due to its inhibition of Phosphodiesterase enzymes somehow, or just its bitter taste stimulating salivation. The energy afforded by caffeine is, for me, always accompanied by some jitteriness, and I take L-Theanine to help with that. I am interested in some metabolic benefits associated with caffeine intake, and long-term neurological benefits, but the dosage of this product is simply too high to use every day! Great for workouts thou, I'm assuming.
