im not a fan of melatonin because i tend to feel groggy the next day. this has helped me be relaxed for night and I sleep through the night I was prescribed pharmaceutical sleeping medication but found it was hard to sleep on nights I wasn't taking those with this I find I can take it for nights I'm very anxious and other nights I can still sleep without becoming dependent
