So far very good! I'm allergic to latex but wanted a hot water bottle for a reasonable price. This seems to do the job so far. It does smell a bit but nothing like the latex ones and it seems to be airing out a bit. I'm very sensitive to smells and I'd rate it 3 out of 10 (10 being bad) now that it's aired out for a few weeks. I'm guessing it'll will eventually not smell much at all. Happy so far. I'd rate it a 4.5 if I could.
