I find this cereal to be one of the healthiest on the market. It is very unlike the sugary ones you find in the market with only 1G of sugar. I would add my own sugar alcohol or natural sweetener for extra sweetness for those that have to watch their blood sugar.
I like the wholesomeness of this cereal! It has a nice texture and not sugary, so you can enjoy it on its own or mix with other cereals. It is like grape nuts in terms of texture, and I really enjoy the almonds. There aren't many sprouted cereal, so I highly recommend it, although it is rather pricey.
