As someone who was a vegetarian for 18 years recently, I made the decision to not continue on with that, but I knew my body was lacking a lot of vitaming and minerals/ nutrients. I knew I would never actually eat liver and thought, let me try this supplement. I have never felt better! I have also noticed a significant betterment of my skin/acne. I think this supplement is incredible and I plan to continue buying it. A bottle will last a while too! Esp if you don't take the 4 pills. I take 2 a day and feel it is sufficient.
