I am using this vitamin for my children for about almost 3 years. Every time they are affrcted with more people or in the autumn It helps their immunity. The effect I have seen many times. Package is small and we take it also on holidays with us. The taste is good and children (5yrs and 2yrs) take it with no problems.
This is the best product EVER for a good immunity boost. I read that vitamin C helps against hay fever - I started getting hay fever out of the blue (never had it before). As I don't like chemical products with toxic ingredients.. I turned to Garden of Life as they offer superb clean quality. The fact that this is fluid/spray, makes everything 100x better. The body soaks up fluids way faster like a sponge, instead of pills. I spray this when I need a boost for my hay fever or any other reason to boost my immunity, and I feel better within 10 min. I have a sensitive stomach but this does me NO harm despite the huge potency it offers, even on an empty stomach. I wish more people would know about this gem and the effects of it! Oh the taste is also amazing! Like a candy shot. But healthy :)

I love this product especially for kids because of the lack of additives that you find in tablets or capsules, because it tastes good, it's portable, and it's a fun different format for taking vitamins. My daughter won't take any pills or anything she has to swallow, and hates the taste of most chewable tablets, so this was a great way to get vit c into her recently when she was sick. The spray on her throat helped right away, and I could get her to carry it around and take a spray here and there throughout the day. I like this brand - buying again.
Our young son takes this every morning and really looks forward to it thanks to the taste. I think he also knows it helps him avoid getting sick during his regular exposure to sick kids at school. The organic seal and testing for contaminants also makes us feel much better about giving it to him despite it being packaged in plastic. I just wish there were larger bottles available or refills. We've been using this for years. We take it throughout the day. Among the many benefits we've felt, an unexpected one is that if one of us starts developing a mouth sore we simply swish with this C spray and most of the time the sore never erupts -- just fades away in a day or two instead of erupting and persisting for a week or more. We've also felt this C spray nip oncoming colds before they become full blown. The quality of this product has been consistent across batches throughout the years. We like the organic food-based ingredients and the quality had been consistently good from batch to batch over the years. This Orange-Tangerine flavor is pretty good, but the Cherry-Tangerine is our personal favorite - we tend to alternate them for variety.

The quality of products from this company is without question top tier. Their ingredients are outstanding and pure, effectiveness is obvious and the potency is at a level where a little squirt works for my five year old who has a sensitive stomach--so it doesn't upset her stomach but it's potent enough to do the job with not too much acidity. These days we all worry about keeping immunity up, and for the recommended dose, I feel good about my daughter's vitamin c levels.
