I like the concept

I like good company and their claims , ingredients seem legit , size is huge about . Tastes too sweet with a glycerin like cream smell . I do not know if it has added sugars . It’s my 9th day once a day I use it sublingual under my tongue . It’s good for the heart and arteries . Hope this helps .

Didn't help my purposes

Okay, I gave this three stars because after all I didn't use it for the purposes advertised (to raise consciousness, joy etc). I heard in the PH Miracle book that certain of the rare earth metals that are included here can help with connectivity and therefore pH. It didn't help with that at all. It tastes like glycerin, sweet and harmless, not offensive. But I didn't notice any benefits from taking it. It is a good brand though, I've used their iodine and it's my favorite for internal use.
