great product but it might stain you clothing so rub in well..i add the calendula oil, saint johns wort oil & essential oils 2 make it more effective.. i wish iherb sold the Trauma oil because all 3 are in one bottle! also it is mixed with olive oil because olive oil is a good carrier oil so the bad reviewers dont understand how to use this product
Very nice scent, I added Doterra essential oils in 50 ml spray bottle & bring along to Beauty Salon & Foot Reflexology for massaging. Very soothing and relaxing.
have tried this brand before and I have a big trust of its fine quality ingredients .. I bought it for the benefits I heard about bruises and varicose , the package is little but I hope it is concentrated and composition is well made .. I am known for easily get bruises so I hope to see results .. will updated my review upon results 🤚
The quality is good It’s benefit me immediately like magic.. Use it for nerve pain and muscles I recommend to use it with DMSO to get all the benefits when i use it with DMSO i see improvement right away The only complaint is that it's small and finish soon
What I like about using this oil is that it can be the base for your essential oils. I use it to rub on my ankle for pain. But it is also great for headaches, chronic pain and most commonly used for bruises and swelling. Herb Pharm is a good brand for oils, quality and value.
There're a lot of Arnica oils on the market, but it's almost impossible to find it made with olive oil. Thank you, Herb Pharm. Excellent for sore muscles and for thinning hair when massaged into the scalp several times a week.
Arnica is great! A little less convinient than a ointment but does the job very well for stiff, sore or just aching muscles or joints.
Good quality and ingredient. I like this because of the anti swelling and apply after my surgery to help to reduce inflammation. I feel my swollen nose really went down after I apply it. I will continue using it .
Amazing concentrate of arnica and great quality. I made use of it post liposuction surgery to help with inflammation and bruising. I often mix it with Bio Oil.
This arnica tincture is a good quality and very beneficial for bruises or sore muscles. I am using it with some other tinctures to help alleviate pain in my joints.
