This has been my absolute "Go To" supplement for years at the slightest hint of a scratchy/sore throat, cold or flu! I always feel an immediate improvement. I really like the strength and quality of this brand, it doesn't taste great, but it's really not too bad, and it's definitely better than echinacea, which I absolutely can't stomach.
