I was optimistic about this product when I heard Dr. Oz recommend it. I tried it a few nights and the results were not consistent enough for me to reorder this brand. It did have a very mild relaxing effect, but I couldn't call it a reliable sleep aid. I'll try some other brands.

This isn't terribly powerful, but may be just the ticket if you're trying to recover your sleeping rhythm. I wish they made a version that didn't contain valerian, as that herb on its own seems to have the opposite effect for me, and I think it may be counteracting the other ingredients.
