This is my 2nd purchase of KOS beetroot powder. I've bought several different brands of beetroot powder and this one is the best. The color is brighter and doesn't taste as woody/earthy as other brands. It's like KOS has used younger (i.e. not old and tough) beets. Other beetroot powders do provide an energy boost, but I think that the quality of KOS makes the energy boost more noticeable. There are no other ingredients, just beetroot. It's a superfood that I'll keep on buying.

Glad to say that, although it definitely does have an earthy taste, it is actually quite palatable. With just enough natural sweetness, it combines well with other flavours in recipes such as smoothies and puddings, and the vivid colour is amazing! I haven’t noticed an increase in energy or endurance during workouts, but like it enough to buy again.
