Excellent vit E

Vitamin E can give oils a longer shelf life (and when I make soap, the last thing I want is my superfat going rancid before people are finished using the bar). Tocopherols are good for people, but tocotrienols help stave off rancidity. It's harder to find vitamin E supplements with plenty of tocotrienols; thrilled to find this at a good price.

New batch looks like an ordinary vitamin E (yellow)

Softgel from new batch (Oct 2023) of LE Gamma E looks nothing like softgel from about a year ago, color is not reddish anymore, but yellow just like ordinary vitamin E. This suggests there is very little tocotrienols. Bottle/cap has slightly different design, but description is the same, which simply cannot be true. Toco-sorb from Jarrow has nice red color and looks very similar to old batch LE Gamma E.

Most vitamin E supplements on the market contain only d-alpha tocopherol but life extension's is a complete Vitamin E. It is the Gamma E that we need the most. The quality of this product is top notch, as are all life extension products because they test all raw materials for toxins and heavy metals. If anything shows up, they will return the product and not use it. Vit E is a reddish to brown color not white.
