Been on a high dose of PPI on and off since 2020. Most recent was 80mg a day for 2 months. After a month of continued use adverse side effects started to manifest so I went looking for a substitute and I found gastro ease. This is actually more effective for me without the side effects. The quality, ingredient and size are just right and perfectly served its purpose. I was totally relieved after taking it in less than 2 months. Now I'm just taking it occasionally together with esophageal guardian which are a perfect combo.

There was a research article that came out a couple of days ago that concluded with L. Reuteri (and Jensenii) to be helpful in helping the gut microbiome regulating circadian rhythms. Gut dysbiosis can make our circadian rhythms disruptive and stress can accumulate. My circadian rhythm is screwed, I can only sleep in the morning. I hope this supplement can help me
