This is the second bottle of One Per Day. I was pleasantly surprised after finishing the first one and decided to write a review. Firstly, for me it's easier to take one pill per day. I have no reactions in terms of digestion. Those who doesn't want to receive all the daily amount of vitamins let one time, Two Per Day form is available. Secondly, they do not contain iron which is beneficial for those with iron intolerance. As for me I have stomachaches if there is iron in the ingredients. Thirdly, the pill size is nice. They are easy to swallow. The package is well designed, film protection and a seal under the lid. Of course, the seal never easily goes off, so you have to use a finger or a knife 😂 They don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste or finish.

An excellent multivitamin from the high-quality Life Extension range of products, with 27 selected vitamins and minerals - maybe one of the best multivitamins in my opinion. It is a wonderful daily immunity, health and antioxidant support. The dosage of the ingredients is much better and higher than in other similar products, with the highest quality ingredients aimed for better absorption, except in the case of iodine, vitamins C and D, biotin, magnesium, and pantothenic acid. The necessary vitamin K2 though, is not present at all, so it should be taken, as well, separately. All in all, it is an excellent product, especially for people who prefer not to take too many pills. One caveat, pills are coloring your urine to a very intense yellow, but do not be worried about this, it is harmless.
