A good combination of calcium and vitamin D3
Verified purchase
I chose Mason Natural Calcium with Vitamin D3 to support my bones and replenish essential nutrients. One serving contains 600 mg of calcium and 800 IU of vitamin D3. I like this combination because vitamin D3 helps the body better absorb calcium, and calcium itself is essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. I previously tried taking just vitamin D, but I liked the calcium complex better—I personally feel more benefit from it. I especially love taking this supplement during the cold winter months, when sunlight decreases. With regular use, I feel better and my body feels stronger. I love that I get two important components in one supplement. I take it regularly and am happy with how it works for me. For me, this is a good option for supplementing my diet with calcium and vitamin D3 during the winter. I should note that the 200 capsules in the package last a very long time.
