I love having these when I am too lazy to cook or wanting to grab a quick bite before the gym. I usually throw in a half a can of some kind of beans and some chopped up firm tofu too before putting it into the microwave. Also tastes great if you mix in a scoop of peanut butter/PPB!

I really like these, they don't sell at my local store anymore so I was pleased to see it here. Konjac is a pleasant texture, the sauce isn't like other pad thai I've had but it's a low calorie option that's easy to heat up at work. The tofu is very small and scant, so I wouldn't count on it for a very filling meal.
