Basically, the formula should be good. But, if you read the label, you have to eat 3 per serve. The price can be higher than other One-per-day formulaes. If so, why not choosing the One-per-day formulaes instead. The big plastic bottle only good for advertising; It is poor for temperature insulation. That 90 caplets left 95% of air filled empty space will accelerate oxidation. The caplets inside the bottle that I have received looks aged and oxidated. It turns dark like the bottle already opened for years. It will be better if the caplets are packaged inside air sealed bag with insulation filling between the "BIG" bottle and the caplets to avoid degrade of quality. Manufacturer should know better that Vitamins are easy to be destroy.
