This tablet you don’t need to chew, instead it dissolves by itself in seconds in the mouth. The taste is neutral instead of the candy-like taste of some other brands. I believe I don’t really need this tablet but I take it anyway a couple of times a week , usually with folate which should go well together.
i had B12 deficiency and anemia and this particular formula is the most helpful for compensating the deficiency. I feel much calmer my nervous system is benefiting after taking it for the past 3 months. the effect of taking it is that i have more energy and my hairloss due to anemia and b12 deficiency has stopped. the tablet form is so easy to take and has a pleasant taste. I need more B-12 in my diet as I have anemia. The taste of this supplement is good and the size of it is easy to take. The quality of the ingredients seem to be good and I am enjoying it so far. I haven’t noticed a real change in my energy level yet, but I think I need to take it longer.
I prefer chewables/dissolving B12 over swallowing for convenience. These tablets are nice and small and dissolve very quickly (within a few seconds). The texture is a bit strange, it kind of turns into a paste rather than just dissolving. It tastes a bit chalky without much other flavoring. They're very small and convenient, though, so I don't particularly mind.
Good vitamins. I get blood work done and the Dr always says I have good b12 levels now. Only downside is the pills are a little "dusty" because they're not coated in anything. Some of it flakes off and makes a fine dust of B12 vitamins haha. Not a big deal just a nit pick.
