This is first time I've got this brand of SAM-e but I have got many other supplements from this brand and they were all good. This is a good quality version of SAM-e and is cheaper then the brand I had been taking and seems to work good. Its a great supplement for joint health and liver health. It is also supposedly good for mood support so I guess that is just a bonus. I highly recommend this but just make sure your check your medications as this can interact with some medications.
