I've been trying to use different brain pills from iherb and I think that these ones are the best working so far. Seems like the ingredients are working together very well. I felt the improvement with the cognitive function and ability to work but only lasts when you take a pill. The taste is neutral and swallows easily. The package is convenient event to take with you when you're traveling.
I definitely see a notable improvement in my memory and cognitive function as long as I take the recommended 1 per day. It definitely helps my mind be more focused. Good stuff and quality
Bought this for my grandmother who has been noticeably struggling lately due to her age (75). She mainly struggles to put her thought into words and often forgetful, I do not expect this supplement to turn back time, but do hope to help her at least a little bit :)

About 6 mouths ago I started taking them too, and I feel better. The only side effect that I have are good ones. My memory functions better, some chronic pain from an old injury has gone nearly away and a skin disorder that I have and since childhood is gone.

I order it because I think the combination of ingredient is perfect for me. Ginkgo and Gotu Kola (Pegagan) is great for memory and focus. And there is aswaghanda thats great for relieving stress.
I've noticed it does provide you with some clarity and mental focus, which is what I was taking it for.
Excellent in the morning together with B6 and B12 when I find it difficult to wake up, these herbs bring good blood circulation to the brain without stimulants like teas or coffees.:)
