Thankfully, I took my first dose before bed, because 15 minutes later an unexpected drowsiness overcame me. I woke the next morning refreshed. If a sleep aid is what you need, get this!

I love skullcap; it does what it’s name indicates: it put a “cap” on your “skull” so to speak, so that you can sleep and not have your thoughts looping over and over in your head while you’re trying to sleep. Pleasant “earthy“ taste. Good quality extract. I like to put it in night time tea or in water.

This is an affordable, alcohol-free tincture which I appreciate. The quality seems good and I start to get sleepy right away after drinking it. The taste is pretty gross to me, though. I haven't used it really enough to tell if it is really efficient, but I'm happy with my purchase.
I use this tincture against headaches. It works! The taste is OK, but what is more important for me is that it's made with glycerin. Nature's Answer is an excellent brand!
Very potent and concentrated, so you need just a little bit, as opposed to alcohol formulations I bought before. Please, never stop carrying it. The packaging was good enough not to damage the glass bottles. The shipping to Canada was timely.
