These Herbs & Prunes tablets from Nature's Life are excellent! The 100-tablet size gives you a generous supply that lasts. I'm impressed by the quality of the natural ingredients, combining traditional herbs with prune extract. The suggested dosage is easy to follow, and I like that the tablets are vegetarian-friendly. They have a mild, pleasant taste that isn't overwhelming. The potential benefits of this herbal-prune blend make it a great addition to my daily routine.

Gentle and Highly Effective!

I am so glad I tried Nature's Life Herbs & Prune. This herbal digestive formula is incredibly convenient with just a "1 Daily" dose. The blend of senna and herb synergists works naturally and gently overnight without causing any harsh stomach discomfort. Plus, knowing that they come in a bottle of 100 vegetarian tablets makes it a fantastic, long-lasting value for daily digestive wellness. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, plant-based supplement!

Much better source to use for constipation instead of grocery store shelf synthetics and this one has very clean ingredients and is a great mix of herbs, or instead of taking just straight cascara sagrada herb.

This is an effective supplement to aid digestion / regularity. I suggest only taking half a tablet when you start, as a full tablet make be too strong at first. They are easy to break in half. I like that this supplement contains quality ingredients and is vegetarian.

I have had stomach troubles my whole life as well as not being able to go to the bathroom regularly. I take 2 every night with dinner, and poop every morning like clockwork. Never cause cramping or bloating. The only downside is they don’t reset your system. So if you don’t take them you don’t poop. By far the best and most consistent product I’ve used for this issue!
