I am now nearing the end of my pregnancy and have used this from the very beginning. The ingredients are what I needed and it didn't cause me a single disruption. Also no high yellow urine. The size of the pills are normal to me. I only take one at each meal. I am nearing age 39 and this pregnancy has been by far my healthiest and I this I can give much credit to these vitamins.

It’s have great ingredient and good quality, the capsule size little big ,my dosage was 1 cap a day , the taste acceptable, one of the benefit my hair stop falling and my skin seems softer then usual, sure i will buy it again , i advice all to take it under your dr instructions

It's not too big, easy to swallow, has a slight smell, but nothing too bad and it has no taste or after taste. Happy that it contains the natural version of folic acid.

I love capsule multivitamins because I can open it up in powder form and mix it with my morning milk drink.. and don't have to chew through a gross tablet. This is perfect and cheaper than the other brand that I was taking. As a nursing mum, I approve.
I like these pre atlas and take them daily. I take all 3 at once before bed and have not had a problem with them at all. There are some complaints about the smell of them in reviews but it didn't bother me, the taste isn't awesome but it only lasts for the duration of taking them. I took them in my 2nd and 3rd trimester so I didn't have to worry about the odor as much as I may have in the 1st. I take DHA separately since none is in these.
