Since I tried other CLA products, I can say the plus points for this one that: it's easy to swallow because the pill itself is soft (even though its size is relatively big). it's mentioned clearly on the bottle that it's Halal. ingredients and allergy: it's mentioned clearly on the bottle it's dairy and gluten free. taste: it didn't have aftertaste, gave me acidity reflux, or heartburn which other products did to me. dosage: currently I'm taking twice a day and I feel it's more than enough for me benefits: I believe you'll start to see the results if you combine it with some exercises and watch what you are eating. Yes, I'll buy it again!
