I've been using this for about 25 years on the recommendation of a ENT doctor. I love it. It really cleans out mucus and allergens. I don't use it daily but at least a couple times a week - more in the spring. Make sure you use filtered water though. The price it right on iherb. Lifesaver when suffering from nasal congestion

This is indispensable as an item in my first aid kit when I travel. Past (bad) experience has taught me to pack this in every time. Nasal rinsing takes getting used to. Yoga practitioners who have done nasal cleansing will not be new to this. Once you get the hang of it, the benefits far outweigh the little inconvenience. I used this quite a lot during covid. And still do so once a week now.

I have been using a “Nelipot” for sinuses for a while and was looking for a smaller version for travel when I found this. Worked so well that I use it at home as well when I want to do a quick and smaller rinse. Note: half a pkg of salts are enough for me with this smaller bottle, which was not suggested in the instructions.
