I’m not feeling it helps me :( no energy as I expected from review and my skin looks tired again and my face plus wanna sleep all the time. Maybe have to take them a bit longer but my other postnatal vits ( Pure Essence) helped me immediately and so much Milk plus energy overflow, I always felt rested even I wasn’t sleeping much. Anyway will finish the bottle and Going back to Pure Essence mother and child. If my condition will change, will write better review. Sorry ;(
