No big horse pills (they're smaller in size), vegetarian and bioavailable; the only drawback is the dosage, as you do take a lot of them at a time. However, the combination of ingredients make this product of great benefit if watching for prostate problems. Absolutely the best quality prostate supplement to be found.

I used to go to have to urinate 4-6 times every night which made getting a decent sleep difficult. The doctor prescribed alpha blockers which cause huge fluctuations in my blood pressure and didn't help the bladder/prostate problem. With just the first dose (2 capsules) of this, I dropped to 0-1 times urinating each night and my sleep radically improved. Also, during the day, I no longer feel the need to urinate all day, stopping in every restroom I pass. After urinating, I no longer feel like my bladder is still 20% full. I am back to normal. This improved my life immeasurably. I do not understand how doctors are allowed to prescribe useless pharma with horrible side effects when effective, natural remedies like this exist!!
