This is pretty high quality fish oil and a good source of omegas. I liked that the taste isn't too fishy and has a little lemon mixed in. However, beware of how you pour it. If the oil gets on the outside of the bottle and runs down the side to the bottom, it will go rancid and that smell can be quite unpleasant on your hands when you go to pick up the bottle next time.

Indeed a great quality product that I'm using to give my 3 year old daughter, its ingredients and benefits are great for an autistic child as recommended by pediatrician. It doesn't taste as fishy as cod liver oil, and my daughter takes it easily. Packaging is something could be improved, as sometimes when i pour out, it can spill sideways.
