I use this to make keto mochi and keto ham, it taste so good. for baking purposes, do try to grind a bit so it dissolves better especially in bakery products. psyllium husk is a healthy alternative to substitute gluten in cooking.

I've used Now Pysillium powder for low carb bread recipes with consistently good outcomes for some time. Some other pysillium products do change the color of breads etc, to a shade of purple; there is no change in flavor when this happens, but the results using Now brand are preferable to me.

I've bee using NOW Foods whole and powder psyllium husk for about 6 months now and it works great as additional fiber as well as making low-carb tortillas. I generally go for whole psyllium husk, but according to NOW Foods, they'll likely be out of stock until this coming Spring season. The powder doesn't have an off-putting texture or taste so it makes it quite easy to add to recipes or just in water to drink.
