Decided to give it a try, after the only creatine I've ever took was Monohydrate. So far it seems to do a great job, also combining it with Beta-Alanine from NowFoods and id does some nice job regarding endurance and strength. NowFoods means quality and I'm confident buying supplements from this brand. Great package enough for long time. Caps size is fine and easy to swallow. Recommend it and would buy again!

This is instant creatine, I started taking creatine when it first came out and I took it long period in high doses which gave me iflamation in my liver so I stopped taking creatin for many years until I found this one which is suppose to be lighter on the liver and It makes sence as It works way faster than normal creatin to kick in and I dont notice any negative effect of it!
