I used to put MCT oil into my black coffee to start my day. Powdered MCT is new to me. I can’t wait to see whether it absorbs as good as the liquid one. One thing is sure, it would be less messy when pouring out.
I am ordering my second bag. I wanted to try give it a good try before writing a review. It dissolves easily in my hot tea along with the California Gold Collagen UP (that I also get from iherb) and I use stevia to sweeten it a little. I was trying to get away from using milk and this makes my drink creamy so I am very pleased.
I so love this MCT oil powder: it's smooth and tastes good, I use it both for coffee and for chowders, for sauces, etc., and it fits them all. It's of highest quality, and I really love that, too. Nice to use something when it's that good :)
I switched from another brand that was admittedly a more powdery and light formula, but this product is a better price and it blends into my AM coffee quite easily, gives a very nice creamy flavor with only one scoop and provides the MCTs I'm looking for regarding brain health, with no stomach upset.
Perfect in coffee! I’ve been making a form of “bulletproof” type coffee with butter, coconut oil, and whipping cream. When I add this to my coffee, the creaminess and taste is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! The quality is fantastic!
This product can be dissolved fairly well, though it took some time. It has a bit coconut smell which is not unpleasant. I use it as coffee mate and get used to the taste pretty soon. I actually like the taste pretty well, which is quite creamy. And the price is reasonable compared to other brands. I will definitely continue to use this product.
I am very glad that I tried this brand. It is great in my coffee. Has no maltodextrin like many other brands. I plan to buy it again.

I'm a big fan of healthy MCT's and I put a tablespoon of this MCT oil powder into my morning coffee. I feel the benefit where it gives a bit of energy and helps reduce hunger, for those on a diet.
This is so good especially to add to smoothies, it adds a really nice creamy texture. You can put it in hot chocolate too. And its really good for your brain.
