I have CFS and asthma. After having tried Takuna a little now and then I decided to take the Nutramedix protocol against high viral load. I started with some days cleaning using Burbur, Pinella and Parsley. Then I added Takuna, Samento and Serra peptase. I started Samento very slowly and then continued everything for 3,5 months. (I also took vitamins and minerals, which I had been using for a long time). Before using the protocol I often got blisters in my mouth and I caught every infection that came near me and maybe worst of all - I couldn´t eat raw vegetables (despite well rinsed and organic) because I got pain in the stomach and blisters in my mouth. After the 3,5 months on the protocol I can eat a full plate of fresh raw vegetables without any problems and I have much better resistance to infections. (Before I got CFS I loved eating raw vegetables and had no problems). Now if a feel some itching start in the mouth I immediately take Takuna and it dissappears.
