Good supplement, like other reviews it took me 2 to 3 weeks to start falling asleep off of it. I felt the strength boost as well after about 2 weeks of regularly taking it. I would say take it a bit sooner vs later or closer to bed time as it took almost 2 hours to kick in for me.

It came as advertised, the bottle has a nice premium feel to it. I take 2 before bed. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no taste and have had no side effects for me. I thought it would help me fall asleep faster but nope. I like the composition of ingredients and they seem to work. Honestly this is great but I'd prefer to take the Anabol Hardcore at night vs this.
