Several studies have shown that bergamot was found to reduce cholesterol (29.27%), triglycerides (46.12%), and LDL (51.72%) and an increase in HDL (27.61%). The difference between statins and Bergamots is that statins shut completely on the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase where Bergamot dampens HMG-CoA reductase (it doesn't affect CoQ10 level, no muscle pain). I will take 1 pil/day for 60 days and will report my lipid result later.
