It has a nice chocolate taste to it. Some may find it to be on the sweet side. There are ways around the sweetness all depending on what you mix it with. I like to mix it with ice coffee and milk and it taste like a coffee mocha. It mixes well in a shaker bottle with out needing to use a blender to get it smooth.

I love whey protein isolate! I take it not for body building but as a protein supplement required as I age. This isolate works well. I am less tired and sleep better after taking it. Definitely helps with energy levels but start with a teaspoon and move on from there once your body gets used to it. I take a heaped tablespoon each day. No need to take 1/3 cup unless you are a bodybuilder or exercise everyday and on a protein deficient diet.

Nutricost has some of the best quality supplements and ingredients and size. However, the Stevia taste seems to come off a little too strong for this product. I got this to benefit my fitness, workout, diet, and training. I also like how Nutricost has a very minimalistic packaging.
