Ever since I started using this in my routine, the sensitivity in gums has greatly diminished. When I floss, I don't lose a lot of blood anymore all thanks to this product. I like how it doesn't burn and I feel that cinnamon is a great ingredient for cleaning the mouth.

I actually really prefer the taste of this mouthwash over the mint one by far. It is very similar to a sweet chai taste, without being spicy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I am not entirely sure it provides fresh breath the way the mint one does, but it tastes great and doesn't hurt my sensitive gums. I also use the theraneem cinnamon toothpaste right after the mouthwash and my mouth definitely feels fresh afterwards, but it doesn't have that minty feeling so if that's what you're looking for, this won't give you that. I am thinking of adding my own essential oil in a smaller bottle to test, like eucalyptus or peppermint, to see if that will work for that added freshness, but I do genuinely like it as is and it definitely leaves my mouth fresh but without the harsh minty chemical taste that most conventional mouthwashes use.

Horrid taste, leaking bottles and stains teeth yellow

I’ve always had white teeth for the past 30 years of my life. I tried this brand as I was trying to find a good mouthwash after my usual brand (Therabreath) got too expensive for daily use. This was my biggest regret! The bottle keeps leaking yellow, sticky paste all over my toilet counter. My teeth has turned significantly yellow over using this for a week. Bad breath — that was gone for 6 years since using a good mouthwash — came back within three days of using this mouthwash. And the worst thing is that the taste is horrible, I had to hold my breath while rinsing. I really wouldn’t recommend this :(
