I bought these to wear on the days before my period, after my period or on ovulation days. the glue is so strong that it sticks on forever! I ruined 2 expensive pairs of panties because of them! I rip only the up and the bottom of the back layer so only the bottom and up edges will stick to the panties. I don't know if anyone else had the same issues. I thought maybe it's because of my body temperature or something. but no. it's just the glue. they are very comfy otherwise and good quality, but would definitely NOT recommend them because of the glue. there are other sustainable panty liners out there that won't destroy your precious lingerie. if you are in Toronto, go to Whole Food and you will find good sustainable and biodegradable panty liners and pads and tampons for half the price.
