Normally, we’re limited to use either lactobacteria or bifidumbacteria. Amazingly, akkermansia has been discovered in 2004 and I just found out about it! Akkermansia is the only ingredient! Incredibly happy to be able to buy it in Canada. I live in Newfoundland and the manufacturer deliver it here at a larger price than iHerb due to customs and stuff. I’m through my third bottle of pills and going to continue to benefit my digestion even more. Gut microbiology is no joke and it definitely requires some time to get back in track

This is one of the top quality brands for Akkermansia. Other supplement brands don’t seem to work as well, I don’t think they keep the probiotic alive in packing. Akkermansia benefits gut health by promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and reducing inflammation in the gut. It is being dubbed “next generation probiotic” in current research. The bottle is slightly pricey but this is the gold standard in my opinion.
