I find it has a heavier mouth feel to it than say Muscletech Amino Build which is lighter and is more like coolaid. It mixes well in a shaker cup. It doesn’t cause stomach upset. I wish it had Glutamine and Taurine, but I suppose they need to keep the costs down to stay competitive price wise. It’s my first jar, so I will see how it goes.
