If you suffer from fever blisters, ie herpes simplex virus, you really should always have this on hand. Until a friend told me about these, I would have to go thru weeks of these trying to heal. Now, the min I feel one trying to pop out, I start taking these, 2 in morning, 2 in evening and boy do they work!! I have never been happier, I have suffered from these all my life and now will not be without these!!!
A friend of mine gets herpes outbreaks on her face, when she's exposed to too much sun. I bought her some of these for those instances when she feels an outbreak coming on. She loads up on them for a couple of days (like 2 pills at 3 times a day) and her outbreaks just can't take hold. Pretty awesome.

Great blend of ingredients, medium size of the pill in comparison with other supplements. However it was cheaper for me to get a separate bottle of Lysine and Monolaurin from a different company and drink them together in the morning before food for better absorption. It gives good benefits if you are on a vegan diet as well.
I bought on the recommendation of LOR, for my daughter, to strengthen immunity. But at first they didn’t take it correctly, it was a pity nowhere was it written that you need to take an empty stomach in the morning. Then having already learned, we take the beginning every morning. Of course, it’s hard for a child to swallow such a large pill, after much torment, we still somehow learned to do it. We drank the whole course, there were no side effects, but the intestinal microflora was significantly strengthened.

When I am super stressed if don’t take two of these per day I get cold sores. I ran out one time and tried to combine Solaray Monolaurin with another brand of Lysine and it did nothing for me. Love this combo and brand! No taste and easy to swallow.
