I need lots of B vitamins, I have a VERY stressful job. BUT I am sensitive to B vitamins in my stomach, high doses make me nauseated. So this is the BEST as it is time released and really works. I always take 1/day and when more stressed I take 2/day even though it says 3/day because I also take a multi-vitamin just to make sure I at least get a little of everything.
This was a second purchase, but the first one was from our doctor who recommended this product. Though the one that i got was different from the first one i bought. The pills were color brown, but my 2nd purchase the quality of the pills was orange. I noticed that my skin was getting better. But the efficacy that I experienced before with the brown pills was not the same for this orangey pills. I still feel the provided energy of the pills but was expecting more, because of my previous experience with the same product.
I used to buy another brand of B50 but it was too expensive. This one is cheaper and more affordable. It does not carry weird taste, and it did boost my productivity like coffee. The size was just right. It gives me energy for the early morning class. The package is easy to carry.

Vitamin B complex and especially biotin seem to help to keep my hair from falling. There are 120 VegCaps. The recommended dosage of 3 capsules a day gives me 1000mg of Vitamin C that includes rose hips and acerola cherry along with ascorbic acid. Among other ingredients, the Vitamin B complex includes 100mg of inositol and 100mcg of biotin as well as 400mcg of Folate as folic acid. There is 100mg of niacin (B3) as niacinamide. The capsules are large but I didn’t have any problem taking them. I would definitely purchase them again.

For an affordable Multiple B Stress Vitamin Supplement I find this to work "overtime", I take this twice a day to mitigate a lot of "nervous" energy I'm subject to due to long term health complications and this is right up there Before I take the chemicals.... Most of us need this. It really takes the edge off stress and time release is the only way to go with a B complex. This product is perfect and has a great price point 🙏 thankful. It really works! I mean just watch yourself if you take it every morning for a week. It makes a difference.
It’s a perfect multivitamins with safe ingredients, reasonable price and the tablet size is just right and it’s easy to swallow just 1 tab per day and you’re good. Hight quality kind of vitamins. Been using this brand of vitamins for quite sometimes now. This product is overall perfect!
