ok when I take this acidophilus..my digestion work well...n I am comfortable..not gassy again ...the quality is ok...thanks iherb .. ingredients lactobacillus n bifido...I like this product..n help yg imunne system ..thanks you...the packaging is ok..delivery fast
it was for my constipation ,,i took two in morning after breakfast ,,and with half hour i use barthroom ,,but it has one problem it does make cramping and this is most bad part of it where is your thumb ?press like ,,you like and your yes will help my gut
It is a good product, but after repurchasing this maybe 3 times, I realise that its verry little copare to other brand i take that has multiple strains. I often have to take 4 capsules of these to avoyd a fleare up of enterobacter after earing someting I know is risky. I personally in the future would look for A prodoctu with more than 250 million Acidophilus. At least between 2 - 10 billion.
Been using is for awhile ans very helpful. I don’t take it daily, maybe every other day so the sizing is ok as it lasts. Great supplement for your gut health. Package is plastic but good quality

Works really well. My husband had diarrhea and within 3 days the diarrhea was over and then swallowed for another 10 days due to troubled intestines.
using it to make non dairy cheeses ! ...its wonderful ... there are also other uses for it ..and I'll start taking them as a supplement as well
excellent probiotics, they helped me a lot after taking antibiotics and I started having digestive problems, after a course of probiotics everything returned to normal
