Excellent!
This is a great formula containing 8 out of 9 essential amino acids. I started taking this after reading about them and realised it may help me as I do not consume enough protein through my diet (I am not a big eater) despite eating meat. I take 3 a day and notice I began to feel better about after 7-10 days. Gradually, over the next week, I was sleeping better. By the time I finished the bottle (30 days), I definitely felt more clear-headed during the day, my mood improved and I was definitely getting better sleep as I now dream every night.It Helps, But..!!
This is a very okay product to use to get some essential aminos in your diet. However, there are 2 problems with this formula: 1) it lacks tryptophan, which is also essential. 2) it is in the wrong ratios: A perfect blend, like Thorne Aminos- would have a different ratio between particularly the BCAAs ( 2:1:1). Other than these challenges- the product works- and is fast acting!
