I have been taking Gamma Oryzanol over one month. The first day, after taking it for about one hour, I started having persistent temple pain. The second and the third day, I only took half a tablet, no temple pain. From the fourth day onward, I take one tablet every evening, no temple pain any more. I noticed that after taking it for two weeks, I could fall asleep faster than before, and the sleep quality is also getting better.
I am using this for hot flashes. I have tried MANY supplements etc. for hot flashes and this is the only one that seems to work. I take 2 a day. I have no side effects from this supplement. I also think that this has lowered my cholesterol a bit. And its reasonably priced for what it helps.
Very good price. Half a tablet per day is used for menopausal syndrome and insomnia. I don't know the effect at the beginning and will follow up if it works. Don't use this to sit around in the house....it will make you get up and go for a hike, bike or go to the gym! Great quality supplement. Good packaging. Superb ingredients.

I am taking this one for the digestion and sleep. These tablets are small and easy to swallow. As I take other tablets for digestion, it is hard to know if I am benefitting. I am sleeping quite well at the moment, so these may be helping there.
i take one capsule in the morning. i take them because of pain and discomfort in my intestines. i am not for sure that it helps, becase i take many suplements for stomach (aloe vera, slippery elm, licorice, betaine hcl, digestive enzymes...). i will finish the bottle, and then decide if i will order more.
