this was the only chewable b complex that had the absorbable types of b vitamins. I would of liked to have seen more b6 (p5p) in it but am greatful im consuming the types my body can actually use and wont cause me harm. the chewable format makes me more likely to take them every day

i'm not sure this did anything for me. I was hoping it would taste good, but it tastes exactly like what the powder in a B complex capsule tastes like. it is sour/bitter so I haven't used it as much as I had hoped because the taste is harsh. Better to swallow it.

However, although taste is acceptable, these dissolve very slowly and although they are round, the edges are a bit sharp in a small mouth I will probably try the much touted cream delivery system next.
