I think i may have took too much of this because now i suddenly have grey hair popping up everywhere,although it fixed and healed my gut which is what it supposed to do lmao( thats good and what was needed), but zinc and copper have to be in the right ratio when supplementing or there will be an imbalance which isnt good either(it may have lowered my copper a bit?because lowered copper i read causes early greying in hair)But im still glad they have this zinc l carnosine because it heals your gut so i applaud that
