It works! Puts me to sleep when I need it

I have been using this product for 2 weeks already. I think the dosage of 1 mg is just right, I actually think even half of it would work, so next time I will order 0.5 mg if I find such dosage. Many brands use 3 mg and up to 5 mg per pill , which is too much I guess. Happy with this product, I use only 1 pill sublingual 30 mins before I go to bed. Mint flavor is the best, and tastes natural I think orange would be too much of fruity flavor.

This melatonin is on the "approved" list from Consumer Labs, who tests for correct dosage and any contaminants. The 1 mg size is perfect for me, in fact is split the pills in half and use only half at a time. Taste (peppermint) and quality are outstanding, although, according to Consumer Labs, melatonin is not absorbed in the mouth, rather, it is absorbed lower in the GI tract (so you might as well swallow it and chase it with a sip of water). Anyway, it's a great product at a great price! And iHerb's shipping was fast - thanks!

I get groggy/flat mood the next day if I take more than 1mg. I actually take half of this 1mg tablet so get super good value. I read a medical page that said most people take too high a dose and recommended 500mcg and years of experimenting shows that does work best for me. nice flavour, slowly dissolves in your mouth over about 20 to 30 minutes.
